Paying your bill

BIBD Online

  1. Log onto the BIBD website www.bibd.com.bn
  2. Login to BIBD Online account
  3. To initiate : Payment Services > Bill / Tax Payment
  4. Add Progresif Cellular as a Payee
  5. Enter amount and your payment option
  6. confirm to make the payment

BIBD Mobile

  1. Download BIBD Mobile App and log-in
  2. Click on Payment Services / Donations
  3. Click on Pay Bill/Donations
  4. Select the BIBD account you want to pay with. Click “All Payee” and enter your Progresif Cellular account number then click “Select”
  5. Please note that if you only have one bill to pay, just fill in “Bill/Reference No.1” and ignore the rest
  6. Select Progresif Cellular
  7. Review the amount to be paid. If you need to make changes, click on “Edit”. If all is confirmed, click ‘Confirm”
  8. In a few seconds, you will get a confirmation about the status of the payment

Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)

  1. Find the nearest BIBD Branch / ATM with Cash Deposit feature
  2. Enter your account number
  3. Refer to Progresif Cellular for your billing code that acts as an account number to transfer money into
  4. Enter the billing code
  5. Enter the amount you want to pay in the cash deposit machine
  6. Confirm the amount to make payment

Cheque Deposit Machine (CQM)

  1. Find the nearest BIBD Branch / ATM with Cheque Deposit feature
  2. Enter your account number
  3. Refer to Progresif Cellular for your billing code that acts as an account number to transfer money into
  4. Enter the billing code
  5. Insert the cheque(s) into the cheque deposit machine
  6. Confirm the amount to make payment

BIBD Online

  1. To Search for the nearest BIBD Branch, please visit www.bibd.com.bn

Ibanking

  1. Log onto the Personal i-Banking at www.baiduri.com.bn using your User ID and Password.
  2. Key in your “One Time Pin”.
  3. Select “Bill Payment Service”.
  4. From the drop down list, select the “Account Number” which will be debited from the payment.
  5. Select a payment account from thre drop down list or set up a “New Billing Account”.
    To set up a “New Billing Account”, please enter the Billing Description (for your own reference), Billing organization
    and Billing Account number. After you have completed a bill payment, the new billing account will be saved
    automatically and will appear in the To Bill Payee drop down list.
  6. Enter the amount.
  7. Enter details of the payment for your own reference.
  8. Click “Submit” to proceed with the payment or “Clear” to re-enter the details.
  9. After you click Submit, a confirmation page will display the details you have inputted.
  10. Click “Confirm” to proceed with the payment.

ATM

  1. Find the nearest Baiduri ATM machine.
  2. Insert your Baiduri ATM Card into the machine and enter your pin number.
  3. Choose the service option “Other Bills”.
  4. Then Select Progresif Cellular Postpaid Bills”.
  5. Enter your bill “account number” and enter the amount to be paid.
  6. Click “Confirm” to proceed with payment.

CDM

  1. Find the nearest Baiduri ATM machine with Cash Deposit feature.
  2. Choose the service option “Other Bills”.
  3. Then select “Progresif Cellular Postpaid Bills”.
  4. Enter your bill “acount number”.
  5. Insert cash into the Cash Deposit Machine (CDM).
  6. Click “Confirm” to proceed with payment.

Mobile Banking App

  1. Log onto the “Baiduri Personal i-banking Mobile App” using your User ID and Password.
  2. Key in your “One Time Pin”.
  3. Select Payments”
  4. Select Prefered account from the “From Account” drop down list.
  5. Select Bill Payment Account* from “To Bill Payee” drop down list.
    * Account needs to be set up first via Internet Banking at www.baiduri.com.bn
  6. Enter the Transaction Amount.
  7. Enter the Payment Description.
  8. Click “Submit” to proceed with the payment, a confirmation page will display the details you have inputted.
  9. Click “Confirm” to proceed with the payment.

Baiduri Branches

  1. To search for the nearest Baiduri Branch, please visit www.baiduri.com

HSBC iBanking

  1. Go to the HSBC website, www.hsbc.com.bn
  2. From the Pay Bill menu, click “Add Payee” and select Progresif Cellular as the payee
  3. Add “Bill Details”
  4. Enter security device number to confirm
  5. Click “Pay Bills” then “Pay A Bill”
  6. Select account to debited and Progresif Cellular to be credited
    • *Do not include the “.” when entering your account no e.g. if your account is 1.2345678, then just enter 12345678
  7. Enter amount and your payment mode
  8. Click “Pay” to confirm

HSBC ATM

  1. Insert your HSBC ATM Card into the machine and enter your pin number
  2. Select “Other Services”
  3. Select “Bill Payment”
  4. Select Progresif Cellular and bill number. The bill number that was registered with the bank should appear for your selection
  5. Enter the amount to pay

Cheque Deposit Machine (CQM)

  1. Find the nearest HSBC ATM machine with Cheque Deposit feature
  2. Press “Start”
  3. Select your preferred language
  4. Press “For Payment”
  5. Select The payment type
  6. Select the bill merchant “Progresif Cellular”
  7. Select the number of payments (One or Many)
  8. Key in the billing account number
  9. Key in a payment reference (optional)
  10. Enter the total amount
  11. Insert the cheque(s) into the feeder
  12. Once the cheque(s) has been processed, a transaction advice slip will be printed

HSBC Branches
