What should I do if my Progresif SIM is stolen, lost or damaged?

Visit any Progresif store or call 177 for immediate assistance.

What happens next?

Your SIM card will be blocked. It will then be suspended for 3 days before reconnecting.

What should I do to retain my number?

Bring your valid Identity Card to any Progresif store. A new SIM bearing the same number will be issued.

How do I unblock my SIM card?

Key in your SIM’s PIN number. If your SIM card is protected by a PIN, you will have 3 attempts to enter the correct PIN.

How do I unblock my SIM card if I have forgotten my PIN?

You will need a PUK number, which has to be issued at a Progresif store.

What is Progresif Prepaid?

Progresif Prepaid is a mobile service with no monthly fee. You pay for what you use, and add balance in order to use the line.

Where do I buy a Progresif Prepaid SIM?

You can purchase $10 top up and get a Free SIM at all Progresif stores and anywhere where Progresif SIMs are sold.

What do I need to register a Progresif Prepaid SIM?

You will need either an original IC (at least 6 months validity) or an original passport (with visitor’s pass for non-residents).

How does Progresif Prepaid work?

After you have put your SIM into your handset, might need to activate your line by dialing 175, select option 1 and follow the instructions. After you top up your line and have balance in your account, you may start making calls.

How much does making a call cost?

Local calls are charged at $0.16/min to all domestic networks (Progresif, DST and Telbru) at any time of the day. International call rates can be found under the International tab.

How long is my credit valid for?

All top up amounts have a validity of 90 days.

For international calls, you can dial via 00 Direct Dialing. Dial:

  • What are Progresif Prepaid Plans?
    Progresif Prepaid plans are Postpaid like plans, without a commitment of a postpaid plan. When a prepaid subscriber has enough balance, he/she can subscribe to a prepaid plan and if he does not have enough money one month later cancel the prepaid plan.
    Progresif has the following Progresif Prepaid Plans:

  1. How do I get charged?
    You get charged from your main balance.
  2. Can the customer subscribe to more than one plan at the same time?
    You cannot subscribe more than one time to the plan. The plan first has to be canceled before the customer can subscribe to a new plan.
  3. How to check the balance?
    Customer can check their balance by Dialing *179#. The customer will receive an SMS with the Plan Minutes, Plan SMS and Plan Data that is still left. Or they can call 175.
  4. Does the plan have any expiration?
    The plan is valid one month from the date of subscription. E.g customer subscribes on October 28th, the plan is valid until November 28th.
    The resources (Minutes, SMS and Data) will expire after a full month. The Prepaid plan have auto-renewal, which means that if the customer has enough money on his balance, Progresif will automatically deduct the rental fee and provide new resources for the next month.
  5. What happens when the customer uses up the plan?
    If all the minutes of the plan are used, you will get an SMS stating that he has used all minutes. After that, all voice calls will be charged per minute from balance and bonus.
    If the customer still has other resources like SMS, these will still be used from the plan.
    If customer uses 80% of the data, he will be notified that he has only 20% left. When all data is used, the customer will be notified by SMS and all further data usage will be from balance and bonus per MB
  6. What happens if I do not have full amount / enough balance?
    – Customer will receive SMS that his/her balance is not sufficient to re-subscribe to the plan.
    – System will try 3 days to deduct the rental fee
    – If all three retries fail, the subscription is canceled and they are charged normal base per minute/message/MB pricing without incurring any penalties.
  7. How do I unsubscribe to the plan?
    Customer can unsubscribe the plan any time by sending SMS “removeplan25” or “removeplan50” to 39123.
  8. What happen to the remaining free units if I cancel the plan?
    The remaining free units will be lost if subscriber cancel the plan
  9. What happens to my available bonus credit?
    The bonus credit will be used for outside plan usage for example international roaming, VAS and when customer runs out plan units.

      Progresif Postpaid Plan offers you a solution that allows you to choose a monthly package based on your needs. Postpaid services are billed after each month based on the services that you have used during that month. It gives customers the flexibility to talk, SMS and surf as they like.
