What do I do if I need more data?

Is there voice and SMS in the Broadband plan?

This Progresif Broadband Plan is a data-only broadband service, which does not have calls and SMS. For an Unlimited Plan with voice, SMS and data, you can subscribe to our Progresif Unlimited Plan.

How do I get Unlimited data on the Broadband plan?

When you get a Progresif Broadband Plan at $10 and add on a 40GB Data Pack for $70, you get Unlimited data, voice and texts for $80/month. This is because for our 40GB and 80GB Data Packs, you get no charges after you use up the packs, i.e. you get Unlimited data at lower speeds after your Pack quota.

Can I get this Broadband Plan?

Yes, you can. If you are a new or existing subscriber with no Plan, you can subscribe to the Plan (and Pack) by sending the respective subscription send text to 39123 (see next point).

If you are a new or existing subscriber already with a Plan, you can remove your plan and add the new plan (see number 6).

How do I subscribe to a Progresif Broadband Plan and Data Pack?

After you get a SIM, you can subscribe to the Plans and Packs from the comfort of your own home (as long as you have sufficient balance):

How do I remove/ change to a different Plan and Pack?

Simply replace the word “add” with “remove” and send text to 39123.

Example: To remove a Progresif Broadband Plan with a 2GB Pack, type “removebroadband2GB” and send to 39123.

If you want to change your plan, you can subscribe again to the new Plan and Pack you want after removing the old Plan and pack.

I subscribed to the 40GB/ 80GB and used up my data quota and am now surfing unlimited data at a lower speed. How do I get back to faster data speeds?

You can add any of the Add-on Data Packs to get back to faster speeds.

I can no longer surf the internet on my Broadband Plan. What do I do?

It is likely that your Broadband Plan and 2GB/ 5GB/ 10GB/ 20GB Pack has been fully used up. You can either wait for the plan to renew the next month, or purchase an Add-on Pack to continue surfing (see number 12).

What If I finish all my Data Pack data before the month is over?

You can add even more data by subscribing to any of these one-off monthly Add-on Data Packs:

What do I need to bring for registration? Is there a deposit I need to pay?

You will need to bring your identification document, such as your passport or IC.

For the Unlimited Plan, you do not need to pay any deposit. You will only pay for your Plan (and Pack) rental upfront. The plan upfront payment is pro-rated depending on the day of the month you subscribe.

For example, if you subscribe to the Broadband Plan and 40GB Data Pack, you only pay the $80 (or the pro-rated amount) upfront. When your bill comes at the end of the month, it will only bill you for any overage charges (such as IDD, roaming, content), as well as the next month’s rental.

How do I subscribe to the Unlimited Plan if I am already an existing Progresif user and have already paid my deposit?

You can visit any Progresif store and our happy sales team will help you migrate to the Unlimited Plan. Your previously paid deposit will be adjusted as bill credit, which can be used for your future bill payments.

Will I be charged for downgrade fees if I migrate from the Plan 25/40/60 or Broadband 30/60 Plan to the Unlimited Plan?

No, you will not be charged for any downgrade fee.
