I currently have a plan without contract and wish to upgrade:

  • There will be no processing fee as it is free.
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle

I currently have a plan without contract and wish to downgrade:

  • There will be a $10.00 Administration Fee
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle

I currently have a plan with an existing contract and wish to upgrade:

  • There will be no processing fee as it is free.
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle
  • You will be required also to pay off any remaining Handset Instalment Plan dues (For devices under Instalment / Contract)
  • Your contract will revert as the first month of an 18-month contract

I currently have a plan with an existing contract and wish to downgrade:

  • There will be a $100.00 penalty fee
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle
  • You will be required also to pay off any remaining Handset Instalment Plan dues (For devices under Instalment / Contract)
  • Your contract will revert as the first month of an 18-month contract

Note: Existing customer with contract that tied to any device bundles will have to adhere to the following policy:

Credit Policy for maximum device purchase per IC

  • One (1) $0 Device; and/or
  • One (1) Upfront Payment device; and/or
  • One (1) Device installment plan

Existing customers can apply for a re-contract after meeting a certain term/duration, i.e., example scenarios – customer can re-contract:

  • After the last successful 15 months of $0 device, and/or
  • After the last successful 12 months of Low Upfront Device Purchase, and/or
  • After the last successful 12 months of Device Instalment Plan

 

How many bundles can I take up?

You can only have one device bundle under your account at one time. Any existing Handset Instalment Plans will need to be settled before taking up for the new device bundle.
The entitlement;
•           One (1) $0 Device; and/or

  • One (1) Upfront Payment device; and/or

•           One (1) Device instalment plan

Do I need to provide any documentation when requesting to purchase the devices on the Web Store?

For us to process your request, you will need to provide us with the following:

  • Personal Information (name, address, contact number, etc)
  • Proof of Employment or Work ID
  • Copy of IC (front and back)
What do I do once my request has been successfully made from Web Store?

We will be going through a verification process and will contact you the soonest to proceed with your purchase once your verification is successful.

How do I pay after my request to purchase is confirmed and successful?
