      To turn off your roaming, please turn off the roaming settings on your handset, or visit any Progresif store for assistance before you leave on your trip.

      Visit any Progresif store or call 177 for immediate assistance. Your SIM card will be blocked. It will then be suspended for 3 days before reconnecting.

      Bring your valid Identity Card to any Progresif store. A new SIM bearing the same number will be issued.

      Key in your SIM’s PIN number. If your SIM card is protected by a PIN, you will have 3 attempts to enter the correct PIN.

      You will need a PUK number, which has to be issued at a Progresif store.
