What is the CIS One Mobile and Samsung Device Promo?
This is an offer for our CIS One Mobile 10GB and 25GB plans and bundles with Samsung Galaxy devices.
By signing up, you will get 2GB of data for free every month for 5 months on CIS One Mobile 10GB and 10 months on CIS 25GB on a 12-month contract. You can also bundle your plan with a Samsung device at 0% interest on a 10-month instalment plan.
How long is the promotion period?
The promotion period for free data starts from 24 May 2022 until 31 August 2022. Device bundles will be available while stocks last.

I am an existing Progresif customer on a contract and I am interested to take up this bundle, what happens next?
- I currently have a plan without a contract and wish to upgrade:
- There is no processing fee as it is free.
- You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle
- I currently have a plan without contract and wish to downgrade:
- There will be a $10.00 Administration Fee
- You are required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle
- I currently have a plan with an existing contract and wish to upgrade:
- You are eligible for re-contracting after meeting certain terms or duration. This includes;
- After the last successful 15 months of $0 upfront device, and/or
- After the last successful 12 months of Low Upfront device purchase, and/or
- After the last successful 12 months of Device Installment Plan
- There will be no penalty free as it is free.
- You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle
- You will also be required to pay off any remaining Handset Installment Plan that is due (For devices under Installment / Contract)
- Your contract will be reverted as the first month of a 12-month contract
- If you wish to register to any of these plans without a device bundle, you will be able to do so immediately with the abovementioned refreshed contract length.
- The customer currently has a plan with an existing contract and wishes to downgrade:
- You will be eligible for re-contracting after meeting certain terms or duration. This includes as follows:

I have purchased a Data Add-on on top of the free data I was given. Which data will be used first?
The use of data will be based on which ones were added first, so you can still purchase Data Add-ons at any time.
What do I need to pay upon registration to CIS One Mobile?
You will need to pay one month’s rental in advance.

You are only eligible for the promo on CIS One Mobile Plan. Unfortunately, the device bundle promo is only valid for Bruneian citizens and permanent residents.
Are there are any limitations for CIS customers to register?
Yes, there will be limitation to 4 lines per staff/employee account:
- The Staff – CIS Mobile Plan + CIS Home WiFi Plan
- The Staff Family member 1 – CIS Mobile Plan/CIS Home WiFi Plan
- The Staff Family member 2 – CIS Mobile Plan /CIS Home WiFi Plan
What will happen if I decide to terminate my plan before the contract ends?
You will have to settle the remaining rental fees and devices instalment based on the number of months left on your contract.

How will I get my bill?
