This promotion applies to all Prepaid and Postpaid mobile users except for YO! Prepaid.
How do I buy the Data Add-On Promotion?
Prepaid subscribers would need to make sure that you have sufficient credit balance in your account and get the promo through either SMS or the CARE+ app.
For postpaid, you can buy a Data Add-on through CARE+ app or SMS and it will be reflected in your next bill.
How can I check my data usage on my Data Add-ons?
For prepaid user, you can check your data usage through CARE+ app or by dialing *177# and send 3 for Balance Query.
For postpaid user, you can check your data usage through CARE+ App or by send text Info to 1010.
Will I receive notifications when I have used up my Data Add-on?
Yes, you will receive Data Usage notifications when you have used up 80% and 100% of your Promo Data Add-On.
Can I buy more than one Data Add-On on at a time?
Yes. Each Data Add-On will be used based on the ones added first. The customer must add on via CARE+ app within the promotion period to enjoy the discounted rate.
Will I receive notifications when my Data Add-ons is expiring?
Yes, you will be notified via SMS when your Data Add-ons is expiring.

Bolehkah saya membeli lebih daripada satu data tambahan pada satu masa?
Ya. Awda boleh membeli lebih dari satu tambahan promo dan pastikan awda membeli add-on melalui aplikasi CARE+untuk menikmati harga diskaun. Data tambahan yang terawal akan di gunakan terlebih dahulu sebelum penambahan data yang baru digunakan.
