What is the Corporate Individual Scheme?
- Economies of Scale – Companies with more than 6 employees qualify to join our Corporate Individual Scheme plans. The plan also extends to 3 of your family members or 4 lines (3 CIS Mobile and 1 CIS Home Plan), meaning you and your family members can enjoy and share the Exclusive benefits!
- Multi-Level and Priority Support – Priority status assistance at our call centre ,in-store and dedicated Enterprise Relationship Managers when your business or employee needs it
- Direct Employee Billing – Monthly bills are payable directly by the employee, not the company, for both Mobile and Home WiFi
Who is eligible to register for the Corporate Individual Scheme Mobile and Home WiFi plans?
Any employee currently residing in Brunei Darussalam holding a Brunei IC (Yellow, Red and Green) and complete documentations.
What are the plans and rates offered under the Corporate Individual Scheme?
Progresif offers the CIS One Mobile, Home WiFi, or both together as a bundle package. Our monthly rates are as follows:
Postpaid CIS One Mobile:
- CIS One Mobile 10GB at $25.00
- CIS One Mobile 25GB at $48.00
All base plans come with Unlimited Talk and Text to all local networks. You can add on or upgrade data at 5GB for $10 when you have finished your base plan data. You will receive an SMS notification to confirm your data purchase. Any added on or upgraded data that you do not use up will carry over to the following month.
Your Add-ons or Upgrades will be charged to your bill, together with your base plan, which you will receive at the end of the month. Your plan will reset back to your base plan the next month and you can start adding or upgrading your data again.
Home WiFi Plans
- CIS One Home 20Mbps 150GB at $32.00
- CIS One Home Plus 50Mbps 500GB at $55.00
- CIS One Home Plus 50Mbps 1TB at $96.00
CIS One Home is a Home WiFi plan that delivers high speed data services through Fibre to the Home (FTTH). When the data has been used up, your connection will be cut off, but you can still add-on data anytime for just $10 for 100GB. You only pay for what you use and any unused data add-ons purchased during the month will be carried over to the following month.
For One Home Plus, you enjoy the benefit of having more flexible options for higher speeds and base data quota. If you use up all of your data, your connection will be throttled to 1Mbps. You will still be able to add on data anytime for just $10 for 100GB and your speed will return to normal.

Data Add-ons are valid for up to 60 days. You can also add on or upgrade via the Progresif CARE+ app. All you need to do is download CARE+ on the App Store or Google Play Store. You can also use the web platform at care.progresif.com and create an account to manage your line.
For Home WiFi, you can add on more data at any time of the month and it will be charged to your next bill:

What do I need to register for the Corporate Individual Scheme?
You are required to have the following documents depending on whether you are a New or Existing customer:
New CIS Customer
- Documentations required for Brunei Citizens or Permanent Residents, please bring along:
- NRIC
- Work ID/Letter of Employment
- For Foreigners (Employment Pass Holders), please bring along:
- Employment Pass (at least 3 months’ validity) OR Work Permit Pass (at least 3 months’ validity and a deposit is required)
- Work ID/Letter of Employment.
- Deposit of $100
Note: If you are a new customer taking up the CIS Bundled Plan, you are required to pay $100 for installation and activation fees.
Existing CIS Customer
- Documentations required For Brunei Citizen or Permanent Resident, please bring along:

- Work ID/Letter of Employment
- Assigned Company Email Address
- For Foreigners (Employment Pass Holders), please bring along:

Is there a contract period when you sign up for the Corporate Individual Scheme plans?
Yes, there is 12-month contract for all services under the Corporate Individual Scheme.
How many services can I take up when registering for the Corporate Individual Scheme plans?
You can only take up to 4 lines per account/IC, where the breakdown is as follows:
- Company Employee: CIS Mobile Plan + CIS Broadband Plan
- Company Employee Family Member 1: CIS Mobile Plan/CIS Broadband Plan
- Company Employee Family Member 2: CIS Mobile Plan/CIS Broadband Plan
