How long is campaign period?

The campaign period is from 1 September 2022 until 31 December 2022.

 

Do I need to pay the Installation Fee for Progresif Fibre?

You are only required to pay the installation fee (worth $100) when you sign up to a plan with no contract. Installation is free when you Switch or Sign Up to a plan with a 12-month contract.

How many times can I claim a Progresif Fibre Rewards Voucher?

Only once. You are only entitled to 1 Voucher per sign-up to Progresif Fibre.

Where can I collect the voucher and how long is it valid for?

You will be contacted by a representative from Progresif to collect your voucher once your service has been successfully activated. You will need to show your receipt as proof of registration upon collection and your voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date of activation.

What are the Terms and Conditions of the voucher?
  1. The Voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of registration on the selected Home WiFi plan.
  2. The Voucher must be presented to the vendor upon use.
  3. The Voucher will only be permissible for products and services under the specific vendor, as stated on the voucher.
  4. The Voucher cannot be split into separate purchases with different vendors. It must be utilised entirely through one vendor.
  5. The Voucher only can be used once.
  6. The Voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded. Any exceeding amount will have to be paid by the customer.
  7. Extension of the expiry date from the date of issue of the Voucher will not be permitted.
  8. The management retains the right to reject any Voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
  9. Progresif is not responsible if a Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
How do I redeem the voucher?

You can redeem the voucher by presenting it to the vendor of choice upon making payment.

Awda akan dihubungi oleh wakil daripada Progresif untuk mengambil baucar awda sebaik sahaja perkhidmatan awda telah berjaya diaktifkan. Awda perlu menunjukkan resit anda sebagai bukti pendaftaran semasa pengambilan dan baucar awda akan sah selama 3 bulan dari tarikh pengaktifan.

Apakah Terma dan Syarat untuk baucar?
  1. Baucar sah selama 3 bulan dari tarikh pendaftaran pada pelan Home WiFi yang dipilih.
  2. Baucar mesti dikemukakan kepada vendor semasa digunakan.
  3. Baucar hanya dibenarkan untuk produk dan perkhidmatan di bawah vendor tertentu, seperti yang dinyatakan pada baucar.
  4. Baucar tidak boleh dibahagikan kepada pembelian berasingan dengan vendor yang berbeza. Ia mesti digunakan sepenuhnya melalui satu vendor.
  5. Baucar hanya boleh digunakan sekali sahaja.
  6. Baucar tidak boleh dikembalikan atau ditukar dengan wang tunai dan sebarang baki yang tidak digunakan tidak akan dikembalikan. Sebarang jumlah yang melebihi perlu dibayar oleh pelanggan.
  7. Lanjutan tarikh tamat tempoh dari tarikh pengeluaran Baucar tidak akan dibenarkan.
  8. Pihak pengurusan mempunyai hak untuk menolak mana-mana Baucar yang telah diusik atau didapati dalam apa-apa cara tidak boleh diterima.
  9. Progresif tidak bertanggungjawab jika Baucar hilang, dicuri, rosak atau musnah dan tiada penggantian akan diberikan dalam keadaan ini.
