Why is my Home WiFi plan being migrated?
UNN is doing a nationwide upgrade to fibre broadband plans, which includes our Home WiFi plans. With that, we are enhancing our Progresif Fibre that will give you internet at a better value with speeds of 100Mbps, 200Mbps and 500Mbps.
When will the migration take place?
The migration will be done automatically on 1 September 2023 for existing customers.
Will there be any changes to my current Home WiFi plan after the migration?
Your current Home WiFi plan will experience an enhancement with upgrades in speeds for free and selected plans will receive an increase in data quota.
Additionally, if you are currently on the following plans, we will be giving you free 100GB add-ons for the next 3-months.

How do I claim my 100GB free Add-ons?
Your free 100GB Add-on will be automatically added within the month of September, October and November.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan after the migration?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your Progresif Fibre plan by calling 177 or visiting our stores. From 1 September to 30 November 2023, the downgrade penalty fee will be waived. However, any free Add-on entitlement will be withdrawn by downgrading your plan.

Will I be notified about the migration?
Yes, we will notify all our subscribers via SMS on 25 August 2023 and 1 September 2023. If you need further assistance, you can call us at 177, send us a message on WhatsApp at 822 0177 or reach out to us via DM on Instagram and Facebook DM at @thatsprogresif.

When you have reached 100% of your data usage, your speed will be throttled to 1Mbps until the end of the month. You can purchase a Data Add-on of 100GB for $10.
What will happen to my remaining Data Add-on that I purchased before the migration?
Your Data Add-on will be carried over to the new plan following the next bill cycle.
Will there be any changes to my fixed line after the migration?
No, your fixed line will not be affected.

Add-on percuma 100GB awda akan dimasukkan secara automatik di bulan September, Oktober dan November.
Bolehkah saya menaik taraf atau menurunkan taraf pelan saya selepas pemindahan tersebut?
Ya, awda boleh menaik taraf atau menurunkan taraf pelan Progresif Fibre awda dengan menghubungi 177 atau mengunjungi cawangan kami. Mulai dari 1 September hingga 30 November 2023, yuran penalti untuk menurunkan taraf akan ditiadakan. Walau bagaimanapun, sebarang kelayakan bagi Add-on percuma akan ditarik balik dengan menurunkan taraf pelan awda.
Walaubagaimanapun, Add-on percuma tidak akan diberi selepas awda membuat perubahan pelan awda.
