How long is the promotion period?

The promotion will run from 23 January 2021 to 31 March 2021.

Is there a one-time installation fee for new Fibre registrations?

No, the Fibre installation fee of $100 will be waived by Progresif for new registrations during this promotion period. However, if there are any additional charges that need to be done depending on the infrastructure of the installation location, it will be borne by the customer to the contractor assigned by UNN.

Is there a contract once I sign up for this promotion?

Yes, our Home WiFi and Mobile Postpaid signups will follow a 12-month contract.

You can choose to continue your plan after your contract ends.

How will I get my bill?

We have gone paperless and offer eBills to our customers, which can be viewed on our Progresif CARE App or sent directly to your email inbox.
