This service feature is exclusively available for YO! Prepaid customers and Postpaid MORE plan.
The Unlimited Lifestyle Mobile Add-on will be run as a promotion.
You have the option to choose from two types of add-ons: Unlimited Music Streaming or Unlimited Social Media.

To view validity period, customers can dial USSD *177# under Check Balance, or type Info send to 1010 for MORE plan or via CARE+ app
It is possible to buy both the music streaming and social media add-on simultaneously, but please note that customers cannot purchase the same lifestyle pack if its validity has not yet expired.
No, they will not. Add-ons do not renew automatically, so you will need to purchase a new one once it expires.
Yes, you can, but it will no longer be covered under the Lifestyle Pack and will deduct from your credit. To continue streaming unlimited content, you will need to purchase an add-on or ensure that you have enough data or credit for continued browsing and streaming.
No, only the listed apps are eligible for unlimited data. Please refer to Q3.

If you’re currently subscribed to a VPN service, the data usage will be deducted from either your base plan quota or addon data, and it won’t be included in the Lifestyle Pack.

Tidak, Add-on tidak akan diperbaharui secara automatik, jadi awda perlu membeli yang baru setelah ia mansuh.
Ya, boleh tetapi ia tidak akan termasuk dalam Lifestyle Pack dan akan ditolak dari kredit awda. Untuk meneruskan penstriman tanpa had, awda perlu membeli Add-on yang baru atau pastikan awda mempunyai data atau kredit yang mencukupi.
