What is an Unlimited Lifestyle Mobile Add-on?
The Unlimited Lifestyle Mobile Add-on is a brand-new mobile service feature that enables our Prepaid subscribers to enjoy unlimited music streaming or social media browsing through a variety of validity options.
This newly introduced service feature is exclusively available for Prepaid pay-as-you-go, Prepaid One Mobile, and YO! Prepaid customers.
The Unlimited Lifestyle Mobile Add-on will be run as a promotion.
How long is the promotion period?
This limited-time promotion will be available from 18th March 2023 till 24th March 2023.
What kind of deals are available for me as part of the Lifestyle Pack Add-ons?
You have the option to choose from two types of add-ons: Unlimited Music Streaming or Unlimited Social Media.
Which apps are included for the Unlimited Music Streaming and Unlimited Social Media add-ons?
Unlimited Music Streaming: Spotify, Apple Music, and Deezer
Unlimited Social Media: Instagram, WhatsApp, and Reddit

Can I purchase more than one add-on at a time?
It is possible to buy both the music streaming and social media add-on simultaneously, but you cannot purchase the same lifestyle pack if its validity has not yet expired.
If I purchase the add-ons, will they be automatically renewed each month?
No, they will not. Add-ons do not renew automatically, so you will need to purchase a new one once it expires.
Can I still use social media or streaming music app after my validity has expired?
Yes, you can, but it will no longer be covered under the Lifestyle Pack and will deduct from your credit. To continue streaming unlimited content, you will need to purchase an add-on or ensure that you have enough data or credit for continued browsing and streaming.
Is it possible to use social media or music streaming apps other than the ones listed and still have unlimited data?
No, only the listed apps are eligible for unlimited data. Please refer to Q3.
Note: Other than the listed apps, your data will be deducted from your credit, or if you have any data add-ons.
How do I check on the validity of my add-on?
To check the validity, simply dial our USSD code *177# and follow the prompts provided in the menu
I have a VPN subscription, will it be deducted from my base plan quota, addon data or included in the Lifestyle Pack?
If you’re currently subscribed to a VPN service, the data usage will be deducted from either your base plan quota or addon data, and it won’t be included in the Lifestyle Pack.
