PROGRESIF “CASH BOOST” TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”), the Mobile and Home WiFi Terms & Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications by Progresif, which shall be final and binding.

 

ELIGIBILITY 

 

  1. The Campaign is open to all individuals who sign up or port-in to any of the eligible Mobile or Home WiFI plans below within the Campaign period.

 

  1. Employees of Progresif are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

 

CAMPAIGN

 

  1. Individuals who sign up, port-in or upgrade to an 18-month contract on any of the eligible Mobile or Home WiFi plans mentioned below will be entitled to choose between receiving a specified cashback amount or a 2-month bill waiver.

 

  1. Only sign up or port-ins of the specific plans mentioned below will be considered eligible for the cashback or bill waiver.

 

  1. The cashback amount will be transferred to the individual’s bank account through a bank transfer. Progresif will provide instructions on how to redeem the cashback, including the necessary details required for the bank transfer.

 

  1. Individuals must ensure that the provided bank account details are accurate and up to date. Progresif will not be responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

 

  1. The bill waiver amount is capped at two (2) months of the retail price of the respective plan.

 

  1. The Campaign will be ongoing from 17th August 2023 to 31st August 2023.

  1. Progresif reserves the right to modify the list of eligible Plans during the Campaign period.

 

 

USE OF SUBSCRIBER INFORMATION

 

  1. By entering the Campaign, participants agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise used by Progresif and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the Campaign.

 

GENERAL

 

  1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Progresif reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Campaign.

 

  1. The decision of Progresif regarding any aspect of the Campaign is final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, any individual’s entitlement to participate in the Campaign and any person’s entitlement to the prizes shall be subject to our sole discretion and final determination.

 

  1. Progresif shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, including but not limited to any errors, omissions, interruptions or delays in the bank transfer process.

 

  1. The total liability of Progresif for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Campaign shall not exceed the cashback amount received by the customer.

 

  1. Progresif reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, prospectively or retrospectively, at its discretion and without prior notice. Continued participation in this Campaign will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
