How will my Add-Ons be charged?

For Prepaid One Mobile, your purchase will be deducted from your available credit balance. For Postpaid, your purchase will be charged to your bill and will be sent to your email inbox by the first week of the following month.

How can I check my data usage on my Add-Ons?

You can check your data usage through Progresif Care App. For Prepaid One Mobile, you can dial *177# and for Postpaid you can send SMS by typing Info and send to 1010.

Will I receive notifications when I have used up my Add-On?

Yes, you will receive SMS notifications when you have used up 80% and 100% of your Data Upgrades.

Can I buy more than one Add-On at a time?

Yes, you can, however the Add-on will be used based on whichever you purchased first.

E.g. On Monday, you purchase a 10GB Add-on valid for 60 days, and a 20GB on Wednesday. The 10GB will be used first and will expire first, before the 20GB which will be used later and will expire later.

Will I receive notifications when my Add-On is expiring?

Yes, you will be notified when your Add-On is about to expire.

For postpaid, how will I get my bill?

We have gone paperless and offer eBills to our customers, which can be viewed on our Progresif CARE App or sent directly to your email inbox.
