Why is my Home WiFi plan being migrated?
UNN is doing a nationwide upgrade to fibre broadband plans, which includes our Home WiFi plans. With that, we are introducing Progresif Fibre that will give you internet at a better value with speeds of 50Mbps, 100Mbps and 200Mbps.
When will the migration take place?
The migration will be done automatically on 1 September 2022 for existing customers.
What products and services will be affected during the migration?
• Relocation/Teleport
• Home WiFi plan upgrades/downgrades
• Number porting
• Change of Service Number
Will there be any changes to my current Home WiFi plan after the migration?
Your current Home WiFi plan will experience an enhancement with upgrades in speeds for free and selected plans will receive an increase in data quota. We are also adjusting the prices of plans with higher speeds to give you great value at better prices.

If you are on our One Home plan with 20Mbps speeds, you will be able to enjoy the higher speed and increased data at the current price for the first 3 months. The revised price on your plan will be adjusted starting from 1 December 2022.

How will I know if I’ve been upgraded?
Where can I check to see if my plan has been upgraded?
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan after the migration?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your Progresif Fibre plan by calling 177 or visiting our stores. When you do decide to downgrade your plan, the fees will be waived for the next 3 months.
Will I be notified about the migration?
Yes, we will notify all our subscribers via SMS on 25 August 2022 and 1 September 2022. If you need further assistance, you can call us at 177, send us a message on Whatsapp at 822 0177 or reach out to us via DM on Instagram and Facebook DM at @thatsprogresif.
What are the Home WiFi plans that I can subscribe to as a new or switch customer?
Starting from 1 September 2022, we are introducing Progresif Fibre as our new Home WiFi plan. You may refer to the plans below:

For new customers, you have an option for;
- No contract with one-time $100 installation fee, or
- 12-month contract with free installation (U.P. $100)
When you have reached 100% of your data usage, your speed will be throttled to 1Mbps until the end of the month. You can purchase a Data Add-on of 100GB for $10.
What will happen to my remaining Data Add-on that I purchased before the migration?
Your Data Add-on will be carried over to the new plan following the next bill cycle.

Kenapa pelan Home WiFi saya dipindahkan?
UNN sedang membuat peningkatan pada pelan-pelan fibre broadband di seluruh negara dan ianya termasuk pelan-pelan Home WiFi kami. Dengan itu, kami memperkenalkan Progresif Fibre yang akan memberikan awda internet pada nilai yang lebih baik dengan kelajuan 50Mbps, 100Mbps dan 200Mbps.

Pelan Home WiFi awda akan mengalami peningkatan pada kelajuan secara percuma dan pelan-pelan yang terpilih akan menerima peningkatan dalam kuota data. Kami juga melaraskan harga pelan-pelan dengan kelajuan tinggi untuk memberi awda nilai hebat pada harga yang terbaik.

Bagaimanakah saya akan tahu jika saya telah dinaik taraf?

Bolehkah saya menaik taraf atau menurunkan taraf pelan saya selepas pemindahan tersebut?
Ya, awda boleh menaik taraf atau menurunkan taraf pelan Progresif Fibre awda dengan menghubungi 177 atau mengunjungi cawangan kami. Apabila awda memutuskan untuk menurunkan taraf pelan awda, yuran akan ditiadakan dalam masa 3 bulan.
Adakah saya akan menerima makluman tentang pemindahan tersebut?
Ya, kami akan memaklumkan semua pelanggan kami melalui SMS pada 25 Ogos 2022 dan 1 September 2022. Jika awda memerlukan bantuan lanjut, awda boleh menghubungi kami di 177, hantarkan mesej melalui WhatsApp di 822 0177 atau hantarkan DM melalui Instagram atau Facebook ke @thatsprogresif.
Apakah pelan-pelan Home WiFi yang boleh saya langgani sebagai pelanggan baru atau yang ingin berpindah?

Bagi pelanggan baru, awda mempunyai pilihan untuk mengambil pelan;
- Tanpa kontrak dengan bayaran pemasangan sekali sahaja bernilai $100, atau
- Kontrak bertempoh 12 bulan dengan pemasangan percuma (Harga asal $100)
Apabila awda telah mencapai 100% daripada penggunaan data awda, kelajuan akan dikurangkan kepada 1Mbps sehingga akhir bulan. Awda boleh membeli Data Add-on sebanyak 100GB dengan harga $10.
Apakah yang akan terjadi kepada baki Data Add-on yang saya beli sebelum pemindahan?
Data Add-on awda akan dibawa ke pelan yang baru mengikut kitaran bil seterusnya.
