Progresif Sdn Bhd and Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) jointly announce the discontinuation of the Progresif Pay application powered by BIBD NEXGEN, effective 1st December 2023. Progresif Pay app, Brunei’s pioneering mobile wallet introduced in 2018, has been recognized for its groundbreaking innovation in mobile wallet solutions.

The brand announced that starting on 1st December 2023, customers will no longer have access to the current Progresif Pay app. Progresif Pay app users are advised to withdraw their funds from their Progresif Pay account before 1st December, after which their account will be closed.
For outstanding balances, Progresif places a high priority on ensuring the smooth and secure transfer of all funds in customers’ Progresif Pay accounts back to their respective bank accounts over the next three months from December to February. For BIBD account holders, the outstanding balance after 1st December will be transferred back to their main BIBD accounts.For non-BIBD account holders, Progresif will reach out to customers, requesting that they verify their Progresif Pay accounts and information. This verification step is crucial to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for Progresif Pay app customers. Alternatively, customers may also call 177 to enquire further.
