15 March 2023 – Progresif Sdn Bhd has unveiled its latest innovation – the Progresif Enterprise Xperience Centre. The launch event, held on March 14th at the Progresif’s Headquaters, was a celebration of the company’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions for its clients.
Themed “Is your network future ready?”, the launch event was a resounding success. Attendees were treated to an interactive experience, including live demonstrations of the latest solutions from Progresif’s exclusive partners, informative talks by industry experts, and opportunities to engage with Progresif’s knowledgeable and experienced team. The event was followed by a Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony and an Open Day.
The launch ceremony was officiated by Progresif’s CEO, Hjh Nurul Haniah Haji Jaafar, who welcomed esteemed guests including His Excellency Raja Dato’ Reza Raja Zaib Shah, High Commissioner of Malaysia, Mr. Shaun Grosse, Deputy High Commissioner of Singapore High Commission, and Madam Kang Wen, Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China. Also in attendance were government stakeholders, partners, and the management team of Progresif Sdn Bhd.
The Progresif Enterprise Xperience Centre or ‘EXC’ is a state-of-the-art, in-premise Private Network Monitoring Service designed in-house by Progresif. Built specifically for clients who require additional insights and ensure robustness of their network, the EXC managed service emphasises on security, performance, cluster management and reporting as part of our Managed Service (aaS) offerings.
Specific system aspects encompass monitoring, report management, enhanced security, automated trouble ticketing, proactive data management and a host of available functions that can be customised to client’s needs.
The launch emphasizes the significance of digital efficiency by looking at the total effectiveness, focusing on optimizing everything process-related, which provides improvement in the direction of the clients and their company.
The Progresif Enterprise EXC launch showcased a host of solution offering including: –
1. Never Get Disconnected (5G Ready)– A multi backhaul solution to ensure a client’s connection will not get disconnected in event of outage keeping its core applications activen throughout
2. SD-Wan as a Service (5G Ready) – A software defined Wide Area Network solution combining multiple transport (Data Transmission, Broadband and LTE 4G or 5G) to securely connect and manage multiple sites.
3. Proactive Automated Ticketing Feature – An automated ticketing service that tracks any outages in real time eliminating the need for clients to have an in-premise monitoring team 24/7.

Signing on behalf of Progresif was the Chief Executive Officer of Progresif, Hjh Nurul Haniah Haji Jaafar and Dr Derek Wang, General Manager of Singapore, South Asia and Thailand, Alibaba Cloud Intelligence.
The agreement between both parties outlines potential business collaboration in the field of cloud services in Brunei Darussalam, benefiting the citizens of Brunei in improving efficiency and productivity, and share knowledge and best practices on cloud services. The collaboration aims to explore joint initiatives, marketing, and awareness campaigns, organizing events and educational opportunities, and developing local talent and skills in the field of cloud services.
