PTT stands for ‘Push-to-Talk’, a communication solution that businesses and consumers can use to communicate and monitor between devices.
What can I use the PTT device for?
Due to the robust nature and functionality of our PTT devices such as group talk function, it can be used for events varying from wedding events to outdoor activities.
How much is the rental?
The rental for our PTT device is $10 per device, with a one-time activation fee of $5.
Is there a maximum rental period?
Yes, the maximum rental period is 2 weeks per order.
Is there a maximum number of PTT devices I can order at one time?
You are only limited to a maximum of 10 PTT devices per order.
Is the PTT range nationwide?
Yes, we use 4G technology to communicate between PTT devices so there will be nationwide coverage of our PTT devices.
When will my PTT order be ready for pick up/delivery?
Your PTT device will be ready one working day after your registration. Registrations on Fridays will only be ready for pick up/delivery the following Monday.
When is the latest time I can return my rented PTT devices?
PTT devices can be returned to any Progresif store no later than one day after the rental period. Late return fees apply as stated in our T&Cs.
What happens if I return the PTT devices in a faulty condition?
You will have to pay to replace any faulty devices or accessories as stated in our T&Cs.
