Do the Samsung devices come with a warranty?

Yes, the handsets come with a warranty of 1-year.

I am an existing Progresif customer on a contract and I am interested to take this up this bundle, what happens next?

I currently have a plan without a contract and wish to upgrade:

  • There will be no processing fee as it is free.
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle.

 

I currently have a plan without contract and wish to downgrade:

  • There will be a $10.00 Administration Fee.
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle.

 

I currently have a plan with an existing contract and wish to upgrade:

  • You will be eligible for re-contracting after meeting certain terms or duration. This includes;
    • After the last successful 15 months of $0 upfront device, and/or
    • After the last successful 12 months of Low Upfront device purchase, and/or
    • After the last successful 12 months of Handset Installment Plan
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle
  • You will be required also to pay off any remaining Handset Installment Plan dues (For devices under Installment / Contract)
  • Your contract will revert as the first month of an 18-month contract

 

I currently have a plan with an existing contract and wish to downgrade:

  • You will be eligible for re-contracting after meeting certain terms or duration. This includes;
    • After the last successful 15 months of $0 upfront device, and/or
    • After the last successful 12 months of Low Upfront device purchase, and/or
    • After the last successful 12 months of Device Installment Plan
  • There will be a $100.00 penalty fee

Do I need to make any payment when purchasing the devices through Progresif’s Web Store?

Our Web Store will only be receiving requests for purchase on a first come first serve basis. Once your request is successful, you will be contacted for your payment.

Do I need to provide any documentations when requesting to purchase the devices on the Web Store?

In order for us to process your request, you will need to provide us with the following:

  • Personal Information (name, address, contact number, etc)
  • Proof of Employment or Work ID
  • Copy of IC (front and back)
What do I do once my request has been successfully made on the Web Store?

We will be going through a verification process and will contact you the soonest to proceed with your purchase once your verification is successful.

How do I pay after my request to purchase is confirmed and successful on the Web Store?

We will be in touch and advise you on how to move forward with the payment for your devices.

I am a green IC holder living in Brunei. Can I register for this bundle?

Unfortunately, this offer is only available to Bruneian Citizens and Permanent Residents.
