How long is the contract period for the offers?

All offers mentioned have a contract period of 18 months. 

I am an existing Progresif customer and would wish to take up the bundle promotion – what should I do?

I currently have a Mobile or Home WiFi Plan without contract and wish to upgrade:

  • There will be no processing fee as it is free.
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle

I currently have a Mobile or Home WiFi Plan without contract and wish to downgrade:

  • There will be a $10.00 Administration Fee
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle

I currently have a Mobile or Home WiFi Plan with existing contract and wish to upgrade:

  • There will be no processing fee as it is free.
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle
  • You will be required also to pay off any remaining Handset Instalment Plan dues (For devices under Instalment / Contract)
  • Your contract will revert as the first month of an 18-month contract

I currently have a Mobile or Home WiFi Plan with an existing contract and wish to downgrade:

  • There will be a $100.00 penalty fee 
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle
  • You will be required also to pay off any remaining Handset Instalment Plan dues (For devices under Instalment / Contract)
  • Your contract will revert as the first month of an 18-month contract
I am non-citizen living in Brunei. Can I purchase this offer?

Yes, you can. However, when subscribing to this bundle you will be required to provide copies of your IC and Work Permit – both of which must have a minimum validity of 3 months for Postpaid One Mobile and 18 months for Zoom.

If you are purchasing the bundle with a Zoom plan as a new Progresif Home WiFi subscriber, you will need to pay $100.00 deposit and $100.00 installation. If you are switching or porting in from another service provider, you will only be required to pay $100.00 deposit fee.

If you are an existing Progresif Home WiFi subscriber and wish to upgrade your current Progresif plan, you will not be required to pay $100.00 deposit or $100.00 installation fee. 

How will I get my free 1-week Progresif Media pass?

An online sale respective will reach out to you and will provide you with details on how to redeem your free 1-week Progresif Media pass after you have made your purchase.

Does the Samsung Tablet and Acer Laptop come with a warranty?

Yes, there will be a one-year warranty. 

Why is this promotion only available to purchase online on the Web Store?

For the safety of our customers, our offers are only available on our Web Store to create a hassle-free and contactless shopping experience. We also provide free delivery for purchases made online.

My purchase or order was successful, what happens next?

This will depend on whether you are a new customer, an existing customer, or a customer switching from another service provider. 

If you are a new customer or if you are switching from another service provider, you will need to pay upfront for the device and plan subscription when purchasing the Samsung Tablet bundle. If you are purchasing the laptop bundle, you will not be required to pay upfront for the device and plan first. You will be contacted by an online sales representative to confirm your order and to advise you on the next steps to complete your transaction. 

If you are an existing Progresif customer wishing to purchase the Samsung Tablet or laptop bundle and wish to maintain your current One Mobile 10GB or 25GB, or ZOOM 50 plan, you will only be required to pay upfront for the device. If you are an existing Progresif customer wishing to upgrade your current mobile Prepaid, mobile Postpaid line or Home WiFi plan, you will be required to pay upfront for the device and a one-month advance rental for the plan. 

Any other additional payments required (if any) will be advised by our online sales representative after your purchase order has been made. 

Orders made after 3:00pm will be processed the next working day.
