What is the One Home?
One Home is a service that delivers High Speed data services via Fibre to the Home (FTTH) and is usually ideal for fixed location use, such as homes or offices for fast and large data quantity use.

Our One Home plan comes with a router, an optional free fixed line, and allows you to add Data any time you need, so you only pay for what you use. If you can’t finish the data you added this month, it will carry over to the next month.

What is offered under the One Home Plan?
The One Home Plans come in three different speeds:

Base Home Plan – 20mbps Price
50GB – Price excludes $10 for Fixed Line $20


Base Home Plan – 20mbps Price
200GB – Price excludes $10 for Fixed Line $28


Base Home Plan – 50mbps Price
125GB $40


Base Home Plan – 100mbps Price
250GB $59

You can choose to add on or upgrade one-off data at 100GB for $10 via text to 39110 or through the Progresif Care app (Coming Soon).

Does One Home come with monthly Fixed line?

You get an optional free fixed line when you sign up to any of our One Home WiFi plans, except our 50GB and 200GB plan. With this plan, an additional $10 per month will be charged for your fixed line rental.

Can I choose my own fixed line number?

Yes, you can choose and pick your own fixed line number by choosing the last four digits.

Can I keep my existing fixed line number when I port in?

Yes, you can port in your existing fixed line number when you sign up to Progresif’s One Home bundle with the optional free fixed voice line.

What do I need to pay upfront when I subscribe to a One Home plan?

You will need one month’s rental in advance.

Is there any deposit required for Home WiFi plan registrations for foreigners holding Brunei-issued Green ICs?

Yes, there is a $100 deposit required Home WiFi plan registrations for foreigners with Green ICs. ICs must be valid original ICs with a validity of 3 months minimum. The deposit is refundable subjected to the service terms and conditions.

Is there a one-time installation fee?

There will only be a one-time $100 installation fee if you have not had a fibre broadband installed. However, you may choose to have this fee waived provided you commit to a 18-month contract.

If you are porting in from another operator, there will be no installation charges. However, any additional charge is subjected between the contractor assigned by UNN and the customer depending on the infrastructure of the location of the installation.

How long will installation take?

Installation time may range from 1 to 7 days.

Will routers be provided?

Yes, we will provide a router if you are a new customer and installing broadband for the first time.

All 50Mbps and 100Mbps One Home plans come with an optional fixed line for free. The 20Mbps plan has a mandatory $10 fixed line.

You can add or upgrade data at 100GB for $10 at any time. You will receive a SMS notification when the base plan data and Data Upgrade has been used up. Any data upgrades that you do not finish using will carry over to the next month.

Your Data Adds or Upgrades will be charged to your bill, together with your base plan.

Your plan will reset back to your base plan the next month and you can start adding or upgrading your data again.

Can I use the Nationwide WiFi using my One Home data?

Yes, One Home users get access to Public WIFI. You can login with your Progresif ID (Progresif number), Password and Service number (Fixed line number).

Will I receive any notifications on their data usage?
Yes, you will receive the following SMS notifications:

80% of data usage which will also prompt if you want to add or upgrade your data
100% of data usage which will also prompt if you want to add or upgrade your data

What happens if I do not Add or Upgrade my data?
If you do not Add or Upgrade your data, you will not have any data and will not be charged for any data without knowing, eliminating any bill shock. There will also be no throttling of your data.
Is there carryover of unused data?
Yes, all unused data from One Home broadband Upgrades will carry over to the next month
I am a Progresif Home WiFi customer. Can I upgrade or downgrade to the new plans under this campaign?

Yes, you can make a request to upgrade or downgrade your existing plan.

If you are an existing Home WiFi customer without a contract;

  • To downgrade, there will be a $10 administration fee. 
  • To upgrade, there are no processing fees. It is free!

You are also required to pay any outstanding bills.


If you are an existing Home WiFi customer with a contract;

  • To downgrade, you will need to pay penalties for remaining contract months, any outstanding bills and a $10 administration fee.
  • To upgrade, there are no processing fees. It is free! Your contract will revert as the first month of an 18-month contract. Additionally, you will need to pay any outstanding bills. 
If I change (upgrade or downgrade) my current home WiFI plan to another plan, will my base and/or data add-on carryover to my new plan?

No. Due to the change in plans, you won’t be able to keep remaining data GB from your previous plan or add-on when you change or upgrade to a new plan.

Where can I check my data usage?

You can check your data usage on the Progresif Care app or on the Progresif website here.To check through the website, you’ll need to key in your Account number and Service number. Your Account number can be found in your subscription receipt and bill statement. Your Service number is your fixed landline number.

What will I need to subscribe for a One Home?

Customer will need to bring along their IC/Passport to any Progresif store.

Is there a fixed contract duration when signing up for a One Home Plan?

There is a 18-month fixed contract only if you choose to waive your $100 installation fee. If you choose to pay the $100 installation fee upon signing up to the One Home Plan, there will be no fixed contract and you may terminate any time you wish.

Can I port my existing home broadband to the One Home if my broadband connection is copper?

You may reach out to us at 177 or visit any Progresif store near you.

How will I get my bill?

We’ve gone paperless and offer eBill to our customers which can be viewed on our Progresif Care app (Coming soon) or sent directly to your email inbox.

If you’re an existing customer and have not subscribed to eBill, you may do so by calling 177, through our website, Progresif Care (Coming soon) or by visiting any of our stores.
