What is the Home Unlimited?

Home Unlimited is a service that delivers High Speed data services via Fibre to the Home (FTTH) and is usually ideal for fixed location use, such as homes or offices for fast and large data quantity use. Home Unlimited plan comes with a router, an optional free fixed line, and allows you to add Data any time you need, so you only pay for what you use

What is offered under the Home Unlimited?

The Home Unlimited comes with 5 speeds, and has 5 base plans:

After the Base Plan data has been used up, customers can add Data Upgrade by texting “Upgrade” to 39110 to get 100GB for $10 charged to their bill.

Does Home Unlimited come with monthly Fixed line?
Yes, you get an optional FREE fixed line when you sign up to any Home Unlimited plan.
Is there a one-time installation fee?
The $100 Fibre Installation fee will be waived by Progresif for all new and port-in registrations during this campaign period. Any additional charge is subjected between the contractor assigned by UNN and the customer depending on the infrastructure of the location of the installation.
Is there a fixed contract duration when signing up for a Home Unlimited Plan?
Yes, there is a 12-month contract for customers that subscribe to the Home Unlimited Plan.
Where can I sign up for the Home Unlimited Plan?
You can sign up register online here or by visiting any Progresif Store.
What do I need to pay upfront when I subscribe to a Home Unlimited Plan?

You will need to pay one month’s rental upfront.

Note : There is no upfront payment for customer sign-ups during the promotion period which ends on the 31st of March 2021

How can I add or Upgrade my data on my Home Unlimited?

You can upgrade your data at any time in the month and it will be charged to your bill. To upgrade, send a text from the mobile number registered to your One Home Broadband:

What is the registered mobile number to Upgrade my Home Plan Data?

It is the mobile number that you will use to Upgrade more data. The mobile number does not need to be a Progresif mobile number. Please ensure you give the correct mobile number during signup and that you use this line/number to Upgrade your broadband data.

Can I continue surfing if I do not Upgrade my data before the month refreshes?

Yes you can, but at managed speeds of 1Mbps. To continue at the speed you subscribed for before the month refreshes, subscribe to a Data Upgrade.

Is this Home Unlimited plan available for Fixed Port In?

Yes, you can port in and keep your existing fixed line number when you sign up to Progresif’s Home Unlimited with the optional free fixed voice line.

Can I convert from my existing Progresif One Home Plan to this Home Unlimited Plan?

Yes, you can convert your existing plan to the Home Unlimited Plan using the Progresif website or by visiting any Progresif Store.

My area only has copper access. Can I port into the Home Unlimited Plan?

Unfortunately, we are not able to port copper broadband connection to the Fibre plans at this point. However, we can provide you with the option of our Copper broadband bundle here.

Will I receive any notifications on my Home Unlimited Plan data usage?

Yes, you will receive the following SMS notifications to the mobile number registered to your Home Unlimited Broadband: 80% of data usage 100% of data usage

Where can I check my data usage?

You can check their data usage on the Progresif Care app. All you need to do is register for an account or you can visit the Progresif Website.

How can I check my data usage if I don’t have a Progresif Mobile line?

You can visit Progresif website here, all you need to do is enter your account number and One Home fixed line number.

What will I need to subscribe for a Home Unlimited?

Customer must present valid original identity card at time of application and will be required to produce a valid photo-ID and proof address documentation

What happens if I terminate the line before my 12-month contract is due?

You will have to pay off the remaining rental fees based on the number of months left on your contract.

What happens after my contract ends?

You still can continue the Plan contract-free.

How will I get my bill?

We have gone paperless and offer eBill to our customers which can be viewed on our Progresif Care app or sent directly to your email inbox.

Ya, awda boleh menukar nombor talian tetap awda apabila awda mendaftar ke Progresif Home Unlimited dengan pilihan talian tetap percuma.
