No, the Vivo mobile phones must be bought and bundled together with either the MORE 20GB or MORE 35GB plan.
Is there a contract for the MORE Plan Vivo Bundle?

Yes, you will be tied to an 18-month contract upon registration of this bundle offer.

Is there a warranty period for the handsets?

Yes, there is a one-year warranty period for the handsets.

I am an existing Progresif customer on a contract and I’m interested to get the MORE Vivo Bundle Plan.

If you have an existing contract on the respective mobile plan and wish to take up the bundle, your contract period will be refreshed, but please take note of the following:

  • I currently have a plan without contract and wish to upgrade:
  • There will be no processing fee as it is free.
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle

 

  • I currently have a plan without contract and wish to downgrade:
  • There will be a $10.00 Administration Fee
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle

 

  • I currently have a plan with an existing contract and wish to upgrade:
  • There will be no processing fee as it is free.
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle
  • You will be required also to pay off any remaining Handset Instalment Plan dues (For devices under Instalment / Contract)
  • Your contract will revert as the first month of an 18-month contract

 

  • I currently have a plan with an existing contract and wish to downgrade:
  • There will be a $100.00 penalty fee
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle
  • You will be required also to pay off any remaining Handset Instalment Plan dues (For devices under Instalment / Contract)
  • Your contract will revert as the first month of an 18-month contract.
How many MORE Vivo Bundle Plans can I take up?

You can take up one MORE Vivo Bundle Plans at a time. Any existing handset bundles you will need to be settled before taking up a new bundle.
