The MORE plan is a cost-efficient postpaid mobile plan that comes with a certain number of talk and text along with four different options of starting data levels that are curated based on how much data you need every month. When you need MORE, you have the freedom to purchase Data Add-on or Unlimited Talk and Text Add-on.

Yes, you can, the Add-on will be used based on the one(s) you purchase first.

E.g. On Monday, you purchase a 2GB Add-on valid for 30 days, and a 5GB on Wednesday. The 2GB will be used first and will expire first, before the 5GB which will be used later and will expire later.

No, they will not. You will have to purchase an Add-on as it does not automatically recur.

No. We would like to avoid any bill shock, so you will not be able to make any calls, send texts or use your data unless you purchase an Add-on.

You will need to pay one month’s rental in advance.

Yes, you will receive the following SMS notifications when you have used up the following:

  • 50% of your data usage
  • 80% of your data usage
  • 100% of your data usage

You will also receive a notification when you have used up 100% of your plan’s Talk & Text usage.

No, however if you take up a 12-month or 18-month contract, you will be able to enjoy a lower price on your monthly plan.

Once your contract ends, your plan will be reverted to non-contract price.

You will have to pay off the remaining rental fees based on the number of months left on your contract.

Yes, you can make a request to upgrade or downgrade your existing plan.

I currently have a Postpaid mobile plan without contract and wish to upgrade:

  • There will be no processing fee as it is free.
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts

I currently have a Postpaid mobile plan without contract and wish to downgrade:

  • There will be a $10.00 Administration Fee
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts.

I currently have a Postpaid mobile plan with an existing contract and wish to upgrade:

  • There will be no processing fee as it is free.
  • Your contract will revert as the first month of an 12/18-month contract.
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts

I currently have a Postpaid mobile plan with an existing contract and wish to downgrade:

  • There will be a $100.00 penalty fee
  • Your contract will revert as the first month of an 12/18-month contract.
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts.

Note: Contract period for your new plan will refresh according to your existing plan’s contract period. If you purchased via our Progresif Webstore, the administration fee will be charged to your next bill. 

No, if you are a Postpaid One Mobile customer contracted with an 18-month device bundle then you will not be able to change your plan. 

No. Due to the change in plans, you won’t be able to keep remaining data from your previous plan or add-on when you change or upgrade to a new plan.

Customer must present valid original identity card at time of application and will be required to produce a valid photo-ID and proof address documentation.

Contoh: Pada hari Isnin, awda membeli Add-on sebanyak 2GB yang sah selama 30 hari, dan pada hari Rabu, awda membeli Add-on lagi sebanyak 5GB. Maka 2GB yang awda beli akan digunakan dahulu sehingga tamat tempoh, dan seterusnya Add-on 5GB akan digunakan sehingga tamat tempohnya.

Tidak. Awda perlu membeli Add-on lagi kerana ia tidak diperbaharui secara bulanan.

Tidak. Kami ingin mengelakkan kejutan bil dan awda tidak akan dapat membuat panggilan, menghantar teks atau menggunakan data kecuali awda membeli Add-on.

Awda hanya perlu membayar harga sewa sebulan terlebih dahulu.

Ya, awda akan menerima notifikasi melalui SMS apabila awda telah menggunakan yang berikut:

  • Kontrak awda akan diperbaharui selama 18 bulan

Nota: Tempoh kontrak untuk pelan baharu awda akan dimuat semula mengikut tempoh kontrak pelan sedia ada awda. Sila ambil maklum, jika awda membuat pembelian melalui Progresif Webstore, caj pentadbiran akan dikenakan pada bil awda yang seterusnya

Tidak, pelanggan-pelanggan pelan Postpaid One Mobile berserta telefon bimbit tidak boleh menukar pelan mereka.

Tidak. Oleh kerana pemindahan pelan, lebihan data dari pelan asas atau Add-on awda yang sebelumnya tidak lagi dapat digunakan apabila menukar ke pelan yang baru.

Awda boleh dapatkan kadar bagi panggilan dan teks antarabangsa di sini.

Awda boleh mendaftar di kesemua cawangan Progresif, melalui pesanan atas talian atau dengan berjumpa dengan Ejen Jualan Progresif.

Pelanggan hendaklah menunjukkan kad pengenalan yang sah semasa pendaftaran, dokumen pengenalan diri yang bergambar dan dokumen sebagai bukti bagi alamat rumah.

Kami sekarang menggunakan perkhidmatan eBil kepada pelanggan dimana awda boleh menyemak bil awda melalui aplikasi Progresif CARE+ atau langsung dikirimkan ke inbox emel awda.
