What is the One Family?
The One Family is a Postpaid plan that lets you put all your family members under one Plan, where you can control their usage and what you pay for. You can add up to 4 lines per Family Plan and set limits per family member on how much data they can use shared from your Data Pool. If you need more data, you as an Account holder can add more data for the whole family.
What is offered under the One Family?
You can choose any of the following One Family Base Plans and add up to 4 lines under your Family Account at $10/month, and everyone in your One Family can enjoy Unlimited local voice and text to all local networks, and share the data from your Data Pool:

How does the One Family work?

You can sign up for a One Family base plan.

If you signed up for the 10GB One Family Plan, you and everyone under your account can enjoy the Unlimited local voice and text, while sharing the data from your 10GB data pool.

To add more Data to share with everyone under your Family Plan, you as the Account holder can add the following one-time Family Data Add-ons:

All Data Add-ons will be charged to your bill, together with your base plan.

If the lines under your One Family plan want to add Data for their own individual use, they can subscribe to individual Data Add-ons which will be charged to the main Family Plan bill:

What do I need to pay upfront when I subscribe to a One Family Plan?

You will need to pay one month’s rental in advance

How can I add more data to my One Family Plan?

You can add or upgrade your data through text or through Progresif Care app (Coming soon):

To add more Data to share with everyone under your Family Plan, you as the Account holder can add the following one-time Family Data Add-ons:

How does the Account holder set limits for data usage for each line?
You will be able to set data limits through the Progresif Care app (Coming soon). You can change the data limit at any time. If you do not set a limit, the Data use will be at a first come, first serve basis.
Will I receive any notifications on data usage?

Yes, you will receive the following SMS notifications when you have used up the following:

80% of data usage
100% of data usage

What happens if I do not add any more data after I have finished up my Base Data or Addons?

You will not have any data and will not be charged for any data without knowing, eliminating any bill shock. There will also be no throttling of your data.

How can I add more Data to my One Family Plan?

How does the Account holder set limits for data usage for each line?

Where can I check my data usage?
You can check your data usage on the Progresif Care app or text “info” SMS to 1010
Will the Account holder and the lines under the One Family plan have different mobile numbers?
All lines will have their own separate and respective SIM cards and mobile numbers, which you can choose during registration.
Can the lines under the Account holder for One Family plan cancel their line?
Yes. If they have a handset plan attached, they must pay off the handset instalment payment
What will happen if the account holder decides to cancel the line?
Should the Account holder decide to cancel his or her line, he will be required to appoint a new account holder to the One Family plan.
Can the Account holder change the supplementary line holders to other numbers/users?
Yes, it will be free for up to 3 changes per calendar year per supp line. Any additional within the calendar year is chargeable at $5/change.
How do I sign up for a Family Plan?

You as the Account holder will have to come to any Progresif store and bring along your IC or Passport. You do not need to bring along the individuals signing up for supplementary lines under your Family Plan.

Is there a fixed contract duration when signing up for a One Family, One Home Plan and Bundle?
No, there are no fixed period contracts for signing up to the One Family, One Home Plan and Bundle. You may terminate any time you wish.
How will I get my bill?
We’ve gone paperless and offer eBill to our customers which can be viewed on our Progresif Care app or sent directly to your email inbox.

If you’re an existing customer and have not subscribed to eBill, you may do so by calling 177, through our website, Progresif Care or by visiting any of our stores.
