What is the One Home Plus?

One Home Plus is a service that delivers High Speed data services via Fibre to the Home (FTTH) and is usually ideal for fixed location use, such as homes or offices for fast and large data quantity use. One Home Plus plan comes with a router, an optional free fixed line, and allows you to add Data any time you need, so you only pay for what you use

When did the rename take place?

Effective 15 September 2021, we renamed our Home Unlimited Plan to One Home Plus. Don’t worry though, from speed, to data, to our affordable longer validity Data Upgrades, this is still the same plan you love.

Am I still paying the same monthly subscription fee?

Yes, your price and plan remains as it is.

Are there any changes for the Data Upgrades?

No, the Data Upgrade remains as it is.

What is offered under the One Home Plus?

The One Home Plus comes with 3 speeds, and has 5 base plans:

After the Base Plan data has been used up, customers can add Data Upgrade by texting “Upgrade” to 39110 to get 100GB for $10 charged to their bill.

Does One Home Plus come with monthly Fixed line?

Yes, you get an optional FREE fixed line when you sign up to any One Home Plus plan.

Is there a one-time installation fee?

The $100 Fibre Installation fee will be waived by Progresif for all new and port-in registrations. Any additional charge is subjected between the contractor assigned by UNN and the customer depending on the infrastructure of the location of the installation.

Is there a fixed contract duration when signing up for a One Home Plus Plan?

Yes, there is a 18-month contract for customers that subscribe to the One Home Plus Plan.

Where can I sign up for the One Home Plus Plan?
You can sign up register online here or by visiting any Progresif Store.
What do I need to pay upfront when I subscribe to a One Home Plus Plan?

You will need to pay one month’s rental upfront.

How can I add or Upgrade my data on my One Home Plus?

You can upgrade your data at any time in the month and it will be charged to your bill. Data Upgrades are valid for up to 60 days.

To upgrade, send a text from the mobile number registered to your One Home Plus Broadband:

Can I use the Nationwide WiFi using my One Home Plus data?

Yes, One Home Plus users get access to Public WiFi. You can login with your Progresif ID (Progresif number), Password and Service number (Fixed line number).

Can I pair my Home WiFi plan with a Progresif Mobile plan?

Yes, you can bundle any of our Home WiFi plans (One Home, One Home Plus or Zoom) together with any of our Mobile plans (One Mobile or More).

I am a Progresif Home WiFi customer. Can I upgrade or downgrade to this plan?
Yes, you can make a request to upgrade or downgrade your existing plan.

I currently have a Home WiFi Plan without contract and wish to upgrade:

  • There will be no processing fee as it is free
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts

I currently have a Home WiFi Plan without contract and wish to downgrade:

  • There will be a $10.00 Administration Fee
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts

I currently have a Home WiFi Plan with an existing contract and wish to upgrade:

  • There will be no processing fee as it is free.
  • Your contract will revert as the first month of an 18-month contract.
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts.

I currently have a Home WiFi Plan with an existing contract and wish to downgrade:

  • There will be a $100.00 penalty fee
  • Your contract will revert as the first month of an 18-month contract.
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts.
If I change (upgrade or downgrade) my current home WiFI plan to another plan, will my base and/or data add-on carryover to my new plan?

No. Due to the change in plans, you won’t be able to keep remaining data GB from your previous plan or add-on when you change or upgrade to a new plan.

What is the registered mobile number to Upgrade my One Home Plus Plan Data?

It is the mobile number that you will use to Upgrade more data. The mobile number does not need to be a Progresif mobile number. Please ensure you give the correct mobile number during signup and that you use this line/number to Upgrade your broadband data.

Can I continue surfing if I do not Upgrade my data before the month refreshes?

Yes you can, but at managed speeds of 1Mbps. To continue at the speed you subscribed for before the month refreshes, subscribe to a Data Upgrade.

Is this One Home Plus plan available for Fixed Port In?

Yes, you can port in and keep your existing fixed line number when you sign up to Progresif’s One Home Plus with the optional free fixed voice line.

Can I convert from my existing Progresif Home WiFi to this One Home Plus Plan?
Yes, you can convert your existing plan to the One Home Plus Plan using the Progresif website or by visiting any Progresif Store.
My area only has copper access. Can I port into the One Home Plus Plan?

Unfortunately, we are not able to port copper broadband connection to the Fibre plans at this point. However, we can provide you with the option of our Copper broadband bundle here.

Will I receive any notifications on my One Home Plus Plan data usage?

Yes, you will receive the following SMS notifications to the mobile number registered to your One Home Plus Broadband: 80% of data usage 100% of data usage

Where can I check my data usage?

You can check their data usage on the Progresif CARE+ app. All you need to do is register for an account or you can visit the Progresif Website.

How can I check my data usage if I don’t have a Progresif Mobile line?

You can visit Progresif website here, all you need to do is enter your account number and Home Unlimited fixed line number.

What will I need to subscribe for a One Home Plus?

Customer must present valid original identity card at time of application and will be required to produce a valid photo-ID and proof address documentation

What happens if I terminate the line before my contract is due?

You will have to pay off the remaining rental fees based on the number of months left on your contract.

What happens after my contract ends?

You still can continue the Plan contract-free.

How will I get my bill?

We have gone paperless and offer eBill to our customers which can be viewed on our Progresif CARE+ app or sent directly to your email inbox.

Ya, awda boleh membuat permintaan untuk menaiktaraf atau menurunkan pelan awda.

Saya mempunyai pelan Home WiFi tanpa kontrak dan ingin menaik taraf:

  • Awda tidak dikenakan yuran pemprosesan. Ia adalah percuma

Tidak. Oleh kerana perubahan pelan, awda tidak akan dapat menyimpan baki data GB dari pelan atau add-on sebelumnya apabila awda menukar atau menaik taraf ke pelan baru. 

Dapatkah saya terus melayari internet sekiranya saya tidak membuat peningkatan data sebelum bulan berikutnya?

Ya, awda boleh tetapi kelajuan internet awda akan diterhadkan kepada 1Mbps. Untuk meneruskan dengan kelajuan yang awda langgani sebelum bulan berikutnya, awda boleh memilih untuk Peningkatan Data.

Adakah One Home Plus tersedia untuk penukaran nombor talian tetap?

Ya, awda boleh menukar nombor talian tetap awda apabila awda mendaftar ke Progresif One Home Plus dengan pilihan talian tetap percuma.

Dapatkah saya menukar pelan Home Progresif saya yang sedia ada sekarang kepada pelan One Home Plus?
Ya awda boleh menukar pelan awda sekarang ke pelan One Home Plus melalui Laman Web Progresif atau dengan mengunjungi mana-mana cawangan Progresif.
Adakah saya akan menerima makluman untuk penggunaan data pelan One Home Plus saya?

Dapatkah saya menukar Home WiFi kepada One Home Plus sekiranya sambungan Home WiFi saya adalah copper?

Buat masa ini kami tidak dapat menukar ke Fibre jika kawasan awda masih menggunakan Copper. Walaubagaimanapun, kami mempunyai pakej bagi pelan Copper kami di sini.

Apa yang diperlukan untuk mendaftar ke pelan One Home Plus?

Kami sudah melaksanakan bil tanpa kertas dan menawarkan e-Bil kepada pelanggan kami. Awda boleh menyemak bil awda di applikasi Progresif CARE+ atau dihantar terus ke e-mel awda. Sekiranya awda telah berlanggan bersama kami dan belum mendaftar ke e-bil, awda boleh mendaftar dengan menghubungi 177, atau melalui laman web, applikasi Progresif CARE+ atau mengunjungi mana-mana cawangan Progresif.
