What is Progresif Web Store?

The Progresif Web Store is an extension to our website, which allows you to register and make purchases and have them delivered to your doorstep. Subscribe for our mobile and internet services, port in from another service provider and get your hands on the gadgets and Progresif merchandise – all from the safety of your home.

How do I buy or register for a product or service online?

If you’d like to buy a plan, you can purchase by filling the form found on the product page you are interested in.

If you are interested in our merchandise, you can order and purchase easily here.

How long after I make an order will I be contacted?

We will contact you on the next working day after your order has been placed as a confirmation.

What are the delivery times?
If a successful order has been made by 4.00pm on a working day, you can expect delivery to be made within the next 3 working days. Additionally, installation for Home WiFi new registrations is subject to UNN and the contractor they have assigned.

Delivery slots are 10.00 am – 2.00 pm or 2.00 pm – 6.00 pm.

Do you provide delivery to all districts?
Yes, we provide delivery to all 4 districts.
What are the delivery charges?
There are no delivery charges. All online registrations and purchases are applicable to a free delivery.
How do I pay for my order?
For the time being, we only accept online payments that are made with a debit or credit card. Cash-term payments are not available.
Can I choose my own number for Mobile and Fixed voice?
You can indicate your preferred number by entering the last 4 digits in the preferred number option.
Can I keep an existing Mobile or Fixed voice line number when I port in?
Yes, you can port in your existing Mobile or Fixed voice line number when you sign up any of our services.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, there will be no cancellation or refunds for any products purchased online. However, you are able to exchange only (excluding Home WiFi services) if the product received is not of stable, working condition.

In the event that you do not receive their products within 30 days after purchase, you are entitled to a full refund provided that you notify us.

Can I change my delivery address after submitting my registration?
Yes, you can inform us about the change of address during the order confirmation call.
How can I verify the person delivering me the order?
We will be using third party delivery services from Dart. The Dart representative will provide their ID for verification before handing over your package.
What do I need to provide to the delivery agent to receive my orders?
Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign on goods acceptance.
Upon receiving the SIM, do I need to manually activate the SIM?
No, there is no activation required, so just insert your new SIM into your device and get connected to Progresif network immediately.
Am I given a warranty If I purchased my Mobile phone online?
Any mobile handsets purchased from Progresif have a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Apart from the accessories, only the components of the mobile handsets have a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

You will be provided with the Warranty Card upon the delivery of item to your place.

What If I receive a faulty item?
You can email us at online@progresif.com no later than within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the defect is confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the product within 3 working days.
