What is the Prepaid One Mobile?
The Prepaid One Mobile is a Prepaid plan that provides customers with the flexibility to adjust how much data they get every month. It allows them to carryover any unused data to the following month, and they get unlimited local calls and Text to any local network.
Is the Prepaid One Mobile 4G+ enabled?
Yes, it will be 4G+ enabled. All new plans are 4G enabled.
What are the Plan rates for Prepaid One Mobile?

There are three monthly Base Plans:

  1. One Mobile 1GB Plan at $10.00
  2. One Mobile 5GB Plan at $20.00
  3. One Mobile 10GB Plan at $30.00

All Base Plans come with Unlimited local calls and Text to all local networks.

You can add or upgrade data at 5GB for $10 at any time. Any unused data that you do not finish using this month will carry over to the next month.

How much is a Prepaid Starter Pack?
A prepaid starter pack is $25.00, and it comes with $25 pre-loaded credit balance.
How do I subscribe for Prepaid One Mobile?

You can subscribe via Progresif Care app or through Text:

How can I maintain my Prepaid One Mobile subscription?

You’ll have to have enough credit balance first and then subscribe via the Progresif Care app or through Text to 39123:

The One Mobile base plan is valid for 1 month and you must have enough credit to renew the next month.

The Text to 39123 is not case-sensitive

How can I add more data to my Prepaid One Mobile Plan?

You can add more data at any time by sending the text below to 39123. The charge will be deducted off your credit balance.

You can also add or upgrade via your Progresif Care app. All you need to do is create an account to manage your line

Will I receive any notification on data usage?

Yes, you will receive the following SMS notifications when you have:

  • 1GB of data remaining
  • 700MB of data remaining
  • Used up all your data
Will the Prepaid One Mobile renew monthly?
Yes, it renews monthly and the renewal charge is deducted off the credit balance.
Does my Prepaid One Mobile renew if I do not have enough credit balance for the renewal?
No – you will go back to PAYG until you TopUp your line within 1 month of the renewal date and have enough credit for the Plan renewal.
Can I carryover any of my unused data?
Yes, any unused data from Base plan or Added data will be carried over to the next month.
How does the Prepaid One Mobile work?

Scenario:

  1. Customer subscribes to One Mobile 1GB Plan for $10 on 1st
  2. One Mobile 1GB Plan will be valid from 1stFebruary to 1st
  3. On 15th February, the customer only has 100MB data left on the One Mobile 1GB Plan.
  4. On 15th February, the customer adds 5GB data by sending Text “Upgrade” or “Yes” to 39123 for $10. The 5GB will be added to the Base Plan data (100MB). The customer will then have a total of 5GB + 100MB that he can carry over to the next month if he does not use it up this month.
  5. If the customer does not add on any more data, the Data will be removed by the end of the next month (April). He will have to renew his monthly One Mobile 1GB Plan to continue enjoying the One Mobile Plan.
Can I add the 5GB data if I do not renew my One Mobile Base plan?
No, you must maintain their monthly One Mobile Plan and renew it every month in order to add more data.
How can I query my One Mobile Plan and PAYG balance?

You can dial *179# and press Send. You can then see your:

  1. Credit balance
  2. Validity of your One Mobile Base plan
  3. Remaining Data and validity of your One Mobile Data Adds
  4. TopUp Bonus
Can PAYG or other Plan customers add the 5GB data for $10?
No, this 5GB Data Add is only applicable for Prepaid One Mobile customers.
Do I get charged for PAYG data after the One Mobile Base and Added data are used up?
No. Data will be cut off, and you will not be charged. To continue using data, you have to TopUp to renew your One Mobile Base Plan.

You can send a removal Text of their current plan and subscribe to the Plan you want.
