Progresif Prepaid Pay-As-You-Go is a mobile service with no monthly fee. You pay for what you use and top up to use your line.
Is the Prepaid PAYG 4G+ enabled?
Yes, it will be 4G+ enabled. All new plans are 4G enabled.
How much is a Prepaid Starter Pack?
A Prepaid Starter Pack is $10, and comes with $10 pre-loaded credit balance.
How do I activate my prepaid line?
After you insert your SIM into your handset, make your first call to any number and your line will be activated with pre-loaded $10 credit.
How do I keep my prepaid line active?
To continue making calls, texting or surfing the internet, you will need to top up your line before your account balance expires.
How long is my Top Up valid for?
All Top Up denominations are valid for 90 days for any amount from $1 to $99.

How do I check my credit balance?

Will I receive notifications when my credit is running low?
Yes, you will receive SMS notification when your credit is below $5 and $1 of your credit balance.
How do I Top Up my account?
You can Top Up your prepaid balance through Progresif CARE+, Progresif PAY, online through BIBD, Baiduri Bank or via Top Up scratch cards.
To Top Up using a scratch card, simply dial *177*1# and enter your Top Up code.
How do I Top Up for another account?
You can Top Up for another account using Progresif CARE+, Progresif PAY, online through BIBD, Baiduri Bank and www.mybillpayment.com
You can also dial *177*2# and follow the next steps to recharge for another prepaid account.
How do I transfer my credit balance to another account?
To transfer your credit to a third-party account, simply dial *177# to access our USSD menu, press 4 and follow the instructions shown on your mobile phone. Alternatively, you can dial *177*4# to directly access the credit transfer service.
Is there a USSD menu that I can go through?
Dial *177# and press send. The drop-down menu will include:
- Top Up

What are Data Add-ons and how do I purchase them?
Data Add-ons are one-off Data Add-ons with a validity of 1 month. To purchase, please make sure you have sufficient credit balance. You can buy a Data Add-on through Progresif CARE+ or by sending a text to 39123:
