The Tourist Plan is a prepaid SIM card package designed specifically for tourists visiting Brunei for a stay of up to 30 days. It offers tourists the ability to stay connected through the following services, voice calls, messaging and data services.
You can purchase the Tourist Plan SIM card from all Progresif stores (including the Brunei International Airport branch located in the arrival hall) or online through our Web Store up to 3 days before your arrival date.
There are two options to choose from depending on your needs.

If you have used up all your Data, Calls & SMS, you will be charged the following rates:
- Calls at $0.16 per minute
- SMS at $0.05 per text
- Data at $0.05 per MB
The Tourist Plan is valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
The Tourist Plan is tailored for temporary stays of up to 30 days and cannot be extended beyond this period. However, if you plan to stay longer, you may explore our YO! Prepaid plan.
If you purchased a physical SIM, your phone number will be included in the physical pack you receive.
If you purchased an eSIM, your phone number will be emailed to you along with a QR code to easily install to your device.
Yes, you can purchase top up credit at any of our Progresif stores, reseller stores or conveniently through our CARE+ app.
You can check your balance and usage by dialing *177# or through our CARE+ app.
You can dial *177# and press send. The drop-down menu will include:
