What is a credit bonus?
If you are a Prepaid PAYG or Prepaid One Mobile subscriber, you will receive a 10% credit bonus based on the amount you top up.
How do I use my credit bonus?
Prepaid PAYG subscribers can use their credit bonus for all services (Call, SMS, Data, IDD or Roaming), meanwhile Prepaid One Mobile subscribers can only use their credit bonus for IDD or Roaming, and other services if you unsubscribe to One Mobile Plan.
Why is credit bonus being discontinued?
Something new is coming up and with this, you will get a new prepaid experience at no extra price hike. Leading up to that, we recommend you to utilise your Credit Bonus from today until 30 September 2023.
What happens after 30 September 2023?
Unused credit bonuses will be flushed after 30 September 2023.

Apakah bonus kredit?
Jika awda pelanggan Prepaid PAYG atau Prepaid One Mobile, awda akan menerima 10% bonus kredit berdasarkan jumlah top up awda.
Bagaimanakah cara untuk menggunakan bonus kredit?
Pelanggan Prepaid PAYG boleh menggunakan bonus kredit bagi semua perkhidmatan (Panggilan, SMS, Data, IDD atau Roaming), manakala pelanggan Prepaid One Mobile hanya boleh gunakan bonus kredit untuk IDD atau Roaming, dan pekhidmatan lain jika awda berhenti melanggan ke Pelan One Mobile.
Kenapakah bonus kredit dihentikan?
Kami akan memberikan awda pengalaman prepaid yang baru tanpa harga tambahan. Tapi sebelum itu, kami mencadangkan awda untuk menggunakan Bonus Kredit awda mulai hari ini hingga 30 September 2023.
Apakah yang akan terjadi selepas 30 September 2023?
Bonus kredit yang tidak digunakan akan dibatalkan selepas 30 September 2023.
