Any registered business regardless of size is welcome to become a Ding! merchant. You need to register a bank account to receive the settlement money.
During daily operations, you need an Android or iOS device with an internet connection to run
the Merchant App. Even if you do not use Dynamic QR codes, the device is still necessary for payment notifications.
2. Account Management
a. Static QR Code
1. Show your static QR code to the customer.
2. The customer scans the static QR code using ding!
3. The customer enters the desired payment amount.
4. The customer confirms and sends the payment.
b. Dynamic QR
1. Open your merchant app and tap “Generate Payment QR” to create a dynamic
QR code unique to the entered amount.
2. Input the payment amount.
3. The customer scans the dynamic QR code on your merchant app.
4. The customer verifies the payment details and confirms the payment.
c. Send Payment/ Fund Transfers
1. The customer searches for your business in the list of merchants
2. The customer selects your business from the list
3. The customer enters the payment amount and sends the payment directly
through the app without needing to scan a QR code.
You can generate a static QR code by pressing “My QR Code” while logged in a Terminal Account. Customers scan Static QR then the customer inputs the amount to pay.
You can generate a dynamic QR code by tapping “Generate Payment QR” then entering the amount you want to receive from a customer. A QR code specific to that amount is generated then the customer scans the QR and approves the payment.
No, you don’t need to screenshot transactions to verify them. You will receive instant SMS notifications and the transaction will instantly appear in the Merchant App to confirm the payment.

1. Login as a Company Admin. A Terminal Account login cannot issue refunds.
2. Navigate to transaction history
3. Select transaction to refund and tap refund
4. If you refund a transaction on the same day it occurred, the money is instantly returned.
Note: Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) will not be refunded.
Gross Revenue: The total amount of money received from customers on the current day.
Net Revenue: Gross Revenue minus the Merchant Discount Rate (MDR).
