The One Family is a Postpaid plan that lets you put all your family members under one Plan, where you can control their usage and what you pay for. You can add up to 4 lines per Family Plan and set limits per family member on how much data they can use shared from your Data Pool. If you need more data, you as the Primary Line Holder can add more data for the whole family.
You can choose any of the following One Family Base Plans and add up to 4 lines under your Family Account at $10/month, and everyone in your One Family can enjoy Unlimited local voice and text to all local networks, and share the data from your Data Pool:

You can sign up for a One Family base plan.
If you signed up for the 10GB One Family Plan, you and everyone under your account can enjoy the Unlimited local voice and text, while sharing the data from your 10GB data pool.
To add more Data to share with everyone under your Family Plan, you as the Primary Line Holder can add the following one-time Family Data Add-ons:

You can add or upgrade your data through text or through the Progresif CARE+ app.

You will not have any data and will not be charged for any data without knowing, eliminating any bill shock. There will also be no throttling of your data.
You can check your data usage on the Progresif CARE+ app or text “info” SMS to 1010
All lines will have their own separate and respective SIM cards and mobile numbers, which you can choose during registration.
Yes. If they have a handset plan attached, they must pay off the handset instalment payment
Should the Primary Line Holder decide to cancel his or her line, he will be required to appoint a new Primary Line Holder to the One Family plan.
Yes, it will be free for up to 3 changes per calendar year per supp line. Any additional within the calendar year is chargeable at $5/change.
You as the Primary Line Holder will have to come to any Progresif store and bring along your IC or Passport. You do not need to bring along the individuals signing up for supplementary lines under your Family Plan.
No, there are no fixed period contracts for signing up to the One Family. You may terminate any time you wish.
We’ve gone paperless and offer eBill to our customers which can be viewed on our Progresif CARE+ app or sent directly to your email inbox.

Pelan One Family ini adalah pelan pascabayar yang membolehkan awda dan ahli keluarga awda untuk berdaftar dibawah satu pelan, awda boleh mengawal penggunaan dan apa yang awda bayar. Awda boleh menambah sehingga 4 talian untuk Pelan One Family dan menetapkan had bagi setiap ahli keluarga berapa data yang dapat mereka gunakan yang dikongsi dari Data Terkumpul (Data Pool) awda. Jika awda perlukan lebih data, awda sebagai pemegang talian utama boleh menambah lebih banyak data untuk seisi keluarga.
Awda boleh memilih mana-mana pelan asas One Family berikut dan tambah sehingga 4 talian dibawah akaun keluarga (Family Account) dengan harga $10/sebulan dan semua talian didalam akaun One Family awda boleh menikmati Panggilan dan Teks tanpa had dan berkongsi data dari Data Terkumpul (Data Pool) awda:

Awda boleh mendaftar ke pelan asas One Family
Jika awda mendaftar kepada pelan One Family 10GB, awda dan semua yang berdaftar dibawah akaun awda akan menikmati panggilan dan teks tanpa had dan berkongsi data dari 10GB data terkumpul awda.

Awda perlu membayar sewa satu bulan semasa mendaftar ke pelan One Family ini.
Awda boleh menambah atau menaiktaraf data dengan menghantar teks atau melalui aplikasi Progresif CARE+.
Untuk menambah lebih data untuk dikongsikan bersama ahli keluarga dibawah pelan One Family awda, awda sebagai pemegang talian utama boleh menambah data melalui Add-On Family Data:

Ya, awda akan menerima makluman melalui SMS:
Jika awda tidak menambah atau menaiktarafkan data, awda tidak dapat menggunakan mana-mana data dan tidak akan dicaj untuk data yang tidak awda ketahui, seterusnya menghilangkan kejutan bil.
Awda boleh menyemak penggunaan data awda di aplikasi Progresif CARE+ atau hantarkan SMS dan taip “info” ke 1010.
Semua talian akan mempunyai kad SIM dan nombor telefon masing-masing,yang boleh awda pilih semasa membuat pendaftaran.
Ya, sekiranya talian ini berdaftar berserta dengan pelan telefon bimbit, hendaklah melunaskan pembayaran ansuran telefon bimbit mereka.
Sekiranya Pemengang Talian Utama hendak menamatkan talian mereka, hendaklah melantik Pemegang Talian Utama yang baru untuk pelan One Family ini.
Ya, percuma sehingga 3 penukaran setiap tahun bagi setiap talian tambahan. Sebarang tambahan penukaran dalam tahun itu akan dikenakan bayaran $5/setiap penukaran.
Awda sebagai Pemegang Talian Utama hendaklah berkunjung ke cawangan Progresif dan bawa bersama awda kad pengenalan/passport awda. Awda tidak perlu membawa bersama individu yang mendaftar ke Talian Tambahan dibawah Pelan Family ini.
Tidak, tiada kontrak tetap apabila mendaftar ke pelan One Family. Awda boleh menamatkan perkhidmatan bila-bila masa awda mahu.
Kami sudah melaksanakan bil tanpa kertas dan menawarkan e-Bil kepada pelanggan kami. Awda boleh menyemak bil awda di aplikasi Progresif CARE+ (akan datang) atau dihantar terus ke e-mel awda.
Sekiranya awda telah berlanggan bersama kami dan belum mendaftar ke e-bil, awda boleh mendaftar dengan menghubungi 177, atau melalui laman web, aplikasi Progresif CARE+ atau mengunjungi mana-mana cawangan Progresif.
Awda boleh menghantar pesanan DM di media sosial Progresif, membuat panggilan ke 177, menghubungi kami melalui webchat di laman web kami atau kunjungi mana-mana cawangan Progresif yang berdekatan.
