Frequently Asked Questions
Paying your Postpaid bill with your credit/debit card
1. Go to your “My Bill” Page and click “Pay Bill”
2. Enter your card details
3. Click “Pay Securely” to proceed
4. A confirmation pop-up will appear, Click “Confirm”
5. A payment success screen will be shown. A receipt for your payment will be sent to your e-mail
Saving your credit/debit card
1. Go to your “My Bill” Page and click “pay bill”
2. Enter your card details
3. Select “Save this card for faster checkout” to save your card details
4. Click “Pay Securely” to proceed
5. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click “Confirm”
6. If payment is successful, a payment success screen will be shown, and your card details will be saved.
Setting up auto bill payment with your credit/debit card (Postpaid)
1. Go to your “More” Page and click “My Payments”
2. Tap the toggle to enable auto-billing. You must have a saved card to enable auto-billing.
3. A confirmation pop up will appear, click “Yes”
By enabling the auto-billing option, you will be authorising Progresif to automatically debit your outstanding balance from your credit card or debit card account.
Your credit card or debit card will be charged on the 10th day of the month.
Changing Your Auto Billing Payment Card
Whether your cards that were saved for auto-billing have expired or you would like to change to another card, you can make those changes via CARE+
1. Go to your “My Bill” Page and click “Pay Bill”
2. Choose the “Use a different card” option and enter your card details
3. Select “Save this card for faster checkout” option
4. Click “Pay Securely” to proceed
5. A confirmation pop-up will appear, Click “Confirm”
6. If payment is successful, a payment success screen will be shown, and your card details will be saved
Paying your bills with Progresif pay (Postpaid Customers)
1. Login into your Progresif PAY app with your registered phone number and password.
2. On the main menu, select Pay Bills.
3. You will be able to see the Amount Due for your account.
4. Under Selected Amount, you can choose to pay our outstanding amount in full by selecting ‘Full Bill Payment’.
5. You can also choose to a partial amount of your current outstanding amount by selecting ‘Partial Bill Payment’, where you would need to key in the amount you wish to pay.
6. Make sure you have enough money in your Progresif PAY account and click on Pay Bill.
7. Click on Confirm to Proceed with payment.
Purchasing Top ups with Progresif Pay (For Prepaid Customers)
1. Login into your Progresif PAY app with your registered phone number and password.
2. On the main menu, select TopUp.
3. On the TopUp page you will be able to see your current credit balance.
4. You can choose the amount to TopUp to your prepaid line.
5. Make sure you have enough money in your Progresif PAY account and click on Confirm to proceed TopUp.
BIBD Online
1. Log onto the BIBD website www.bibd.com.bn
2. Login to BIBD Online account
3. To initiate : Payment Services > Bill/Tax Payment
4. Add Progresif as a Payee
5. Enter amount and your payment option
6. Confirm to make the payment
BIBD Mobile
1. Download BIBD Mobile App and log-in
2. Click on Payment Services/Donations
3. Click on Pay Bill/Donations
4. Select the BIBD account you want to pay with. Click “All Payee” and enter your Progresif account number then click “Select”
5. Please note that if you only have one bill to pay, just fill in “Bill/Reference No.1” and ignore the rest
6. Select Progresif
7. Review the amount to be paid. If you need to make changes, click on “Edit”. If all is confirmed, click ‘Confirm”
8. In a few seconds, you will get a confirmation about the status of the payment
Cash Deposit Machine
1. Find the nearest BIBD Branch / ATM with Cash Deposit feature
2. Enter your account number
3. Refer to Progresif for your billing code that acts as an account number to transfer money into
4. Enter the billing code
5. Enter the amount you want to pay in the cash deposit machine
6. Confirm the amount to make payment
Cheque Deposit Machine
1. Find the nearest BIBD Branch/ATM with Cheque Deposit feature
2. Enter your account number
3. Refer to Progresif for your billing code that acts as an account number to transfer money into
4. Enter the billing code
5. Insert the cheque(s) into the cheque deposit machine
6. Confirm the amount to make payment
BIBD Branches
To Search for the nearest BIBD Branch, please visit www.bibd.com.bn
IBanking
1. Log onto the Personal i-Banking at www.baiduri.com.bn using your User ID and Password.
2. Key in your “One Time Pin”.
3. Select “Bill Payment Service”.
4. From the drop down list, select the “Account Number” which will be debited from the payment.
5. Select a payment account from thre drop down list or set up a “New Billing Account”.
6. To set up a “New Billing Account”, please enter the Billing Description (for your own reference), Billing organization and Billing Account number. After you have completed a bill payment, the new billing account will be saved automatically and will appear in the To Bill Payee drop down list.
7. Enter the amount.
8. Enter details of the payment for your own reference.
9. Click “Submit” to proceed with the payment or “Clear” to re-enter the details.
10. After you click Submit, a confirmation page will display the details you have inputted.
11. Click “Confirm” to proceed with the payment.
ATM
1. Find the nearest Baiduri ATM machine.
2. Insert your Baiduri ATM Card into the machine and enter your pin number.
3. Choose the service option “Other Bills”.
4. Then Select “Progresif Postpaid Bills”.
5. Enter your bill “account number” and enter the amount to be paid.
6. Click “Confirm” to proceed with payment.
Cash Deposit Machine
1. Find the nearest Baiduri ATM machine with Cash Deposit feature.
2. Choose the service option “Other Bills”.
3. Then select “Progresif Postpaid Bills”.
4. Enter your bill “account number”.
5. Insert cash into the Cash Deposit Machine (CDM).
6. Click “Confirm” to proceed with payment.
Mobile Banking App
1. Log onto the “Baiduri Personal i-banking Mobile App” using your User ID and Password.
2. Key in your “One Time Pin”.
3. Select Payments”
4. Select Prefered account from the “From Account” drop down list.
5. Select Bill Payment Account* from “To Bill Payee” drop down list.
* Account needs to be set up first via Internet Banking at www.baiduri.com.bn
6. Enter the Transaction Amount.
7. Enter the Payment Description.
8. Click “Submit” to proceed with the payment, a confirmation page will display the details you have inputted.
9. Click “Confirm” to proceed with the payment.
Baiduri Branches
To search for the nearest Baiduri Branch, please visit www.baiduri.com
1. Log onto the Standard Chartered App
2. Under ‘Other Billers’, click on ‘Make a One Time Payment’
3. Select ‘Telecommunications’ under ‘Biller Type’
4. Select ‘Progresif’ under ‘Biller Name’
5. Under ‘Manual Payment-Bill Payment’, enter the Account Number, Bill Amont & Payment Reference
6. Select the Account for payment on the next screen
7. Enter the eTAC code sent to your registered phone number
8. Click on ‘confirm’ and your payment is successful
Only Top Up is currently available
1. Login to TAIB VX Online Banking or Mobile App
2. Click ‘Pay Bills’
3. Select either ‘Add Biller’ or ‘Quick TopUp’
4. Go to ‘Telecommunications’ under category and select ‘Progresif TopUp’
5. Enter your mobile number, select the account you would like to debit and the amount you wish to purchase
6. Click on ‘Submit and Confirm’ to proceed with your payment
1. Login to the Pocket app
2. Click ‘Top-ups’ and select ‘Progresif’
3. Select ‘Progresif TopUp’ or ‘Progresif Postpaid’
4. For Progresif TopUp, enter your mobile number and amount you would like to top up. For Progresif Postpaid, enter your account number and amount you would like to pay
5. Select the card for your payment. Please ensure that your card details have been added and activated before proceeding to the payment
6. Click ‘Next’ and ‘Confirm’ to proceed with your payment
